Eastern Oklahoma Development District

Helping Eastern Oklahoma communities since 1967

Area Agency On Aging

The Area Agency on Aging is the agency through which federal, state and local funds are
processed to provide resources or referrals for older persons age 60 and older in the designated
planning and service area of Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Sequoyah, and
Wagoner counties.

Capital Improvement Planning

As the State and Federal Governments address their own deficiencies, more of the responsibility for financing and managing local capital assets is diverting to local governments. Therefore, it is essential that a program of planned repair and replacement for local capital assets be implemented in order to maximize the impact of the dollars spent on your community’s infrastructure.

Community and Economic Development

EODD’s Economic Development Department provides regional planning and development assistance for economic expansion in the seven county District.
