Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP)
Purpose and Scope: Eastern Oklahoma Development District (EODD) is an association of local governments voluntarily joining together to work on common interests for the greater economy of each entity and the benefit of all. The membership is made up of cities, counties, and towns having some jurisdiction within those counties. The Eastern Oklahoma Development District region contains over 316,457 residents and covers an area of approximately 4,684 square miles.
The Rural Economic Action Plan’s purpose is to provide for Community and Economic Development by maintaining and providing infrastructure to promote economic growth and sustain public safety and health benefits by providing a safe environment.
