Home Delivered Meals
Congregate meals are available at 21 different nutrition sites in seven Eastern Oklahoma counties. Registered Dietitians visit sites monthly to provide nutrition education materials and discussions. Click here for a list of Nutrition Centers.
Home delivered meals are delivered from 21 nutrition centers. These meals are for those who are considered homebound (unable to leave their home without the assistance of another person) and have no one in the home during the day to cook a meal for them. MC Nutrition makes great effort to serve all those in need of a home delivered meal. Unfortunately, there are not enough volunteers to deliver these hot noon meals. If you are interested in volunteering to deliver meals, please contact SAC Nutrition or MC Nutrition.
