Information & Assistance that provides referrals to numerous services through the ADRC referral program along with the local resource directory, which is provided to seniors free. Till Case Management goes into the seniors environment and assesses the needs and recommends to the senior and the family any services that might be available to the senior to allow them to remain in the  home and as safely as possible. Often times, these are the more complicated situations that need more guidance to allow the senior to stay independent. Nutrition and Supportive Services Nutritious hot meals are served five days per week at all 21 Title III Senior Nutrition Centers. The meals provide 1/3 of Recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients for older persons are served at the congregate centers or are Home Delivered to homebound individuals only. Activities and health screenings are available at each center. Transportation through the local bus systems and/or vans for older seniors is available to nutrition centers where available. 

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program enables ombudsman supervisors to monitor and advocate for quality of care and quality of life for seniors living in long-term care nursing homes, residential care and assisted living facilities. Ombudsman supervisors and ombudsman volunteers attempt to resolve complaints from residents, family and friends by exploring problems and recommending corrective action. The goal is to empower the resident to stand up for their rights and their dignity.

ADvantage Case Management services are provided by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority of Tulsa. Services might include assistance with purchasing medications, personal care, nursing service, and homemaker chore if Medicaid eligible. 

Caregiver Program identifies as a person taking care of someone who is 60 years and older who needs assistance because of a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia or needs assistance with at least (2) Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, eating, walking, toileting, and transferring. Often times, this is a spouse, adult child, grandchild, neighbor, or others that do not identify themselves as a Caregiver.
